It does not matter how old your product is. If it needs a part and we can get it then we can fix it. So what's it going to cost me? Don't forget its a no fix no fee policy. The callout charge is £45.00 for the first hour and £20 per 30 mins thereafter. If the fault reappears within a calendar month then there is no revisit charge. The cost of any part required will be quoted before ordering. Included is an MOT on the system. That's to make sure all is good and tidy which will give your machine a speed boost. If a job takes more than 2 hours (computers) then we will chat to see where we are going. My working area is a 15 mile radius of Manchester (UK) city centre. For distances further than 15 miles a pre-arranged charge can be agreed. We accept credit/debit cards, bank transfer and still that paper stuff!!
For a HOME (not a business) printer repair there is now a fixed price
of just £40.00 no matter how long it takes.

FIND AND DELETE VIRUSES
I have a massive source of software that removes most virus's and malware.
Being honest, you just sometimes can't remove the pests but I would advise you on the safest way to proceed.
UPGRADE YOUR HARDWARE
Most people seem to think that any pc can be upgraded. Well some manufacturers make their pc's with custom made parts. Don't worry there are ways to overcome this, advice is at hand.
All repairs include a quick check to see if they are Windows 11 compatible.
Brand new computers come with Windows 11 Pro pre installed. Microsoft Office 2021 Pro is optional. A new system and laptop are always in stock and can be installed within a day. Don't forget the transfer of your data and emails from your old equipment is included in the price.
